In the multi crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the ED named Jacqueline Fernandez in a charge sheet as an accused. Now, her lawyer Prashant Patil had stated that they there is no official communication from the ED or the court and that Jacqueline has not received any copy of the complaint filed. Prashant told ETimes that Jacqueline will be moving the Patiala court on August 18 seeking the copy of the charge sheet filed by ED. He also added, “The application for permission to travel abroad is listed tomorrow before the Special PMLA Court at Delhi. This application was filed almost 15 days ago.
