Earlier today, the federal probe agency told the court that Mukherjee’s life is under threat and that she should not be kept with more than four prisoners. “She should not be kept with more than four prisoners in general. There is a grave threat perception to her,” the ED told the court.
Mukherjee’s advocate also said that there is a threat to Mukherjee’s life and requested that her food and water must be tested before giving her.
“We want a division 1 prisoner category for her. Her food and water need to be tested first and then should be given,” the lawyer said.
